Proudly designing cultures of safety at
My team hit a rough patch in our communication and approaches to getting things done about 7 months into the COVID pandemic. We connected with Spoke & Wheel to help us rebuild trust and get us functioning again. Over the course of a few months, Spoke & Wheel got to know the senior design leadership team and set the course to work through our challenges. Fast forward 19 months into the COVID pandemic and the team is doing exceptionally well.
